Faizal is a fully qualified Football coach in addition to being a FIFA licensed Football Agent. Faizal is in the unique position of being able to spot playing talent, coach the talent and then progress exceptional talent into the professional game either here or abroad. Faizal has playing rugby experience and has previously played in and won the Kent Cup competition, while he also holds a blue belt in Judo.
